At Hadley Care, we understand the vital role care workers play in supporting lives every day. Despite their dedication, many care workers face immense challenges, including financial hardship, mental health pressures, and difficult decisions about how to provide for their families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
That\u2019s why we are proud to support the Care Workers\u2019 Charity<\/strong>, an organisation dedicated to creating a society where no care worker faces adversity alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Why This Matters<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Care workers are the backbone of our communities, yet they experience some of the highest levels of stress and mental health challenges across all professions. The Care Workers\u2019 Charity steps in to provide much-needed financial assistance, mental health support, and critical grants in times of need. They\u2019ve already supported over 12,000 care workers<\/strong> with grants totalling more than \u00a36.1 million<\/strong>\u2014making a life-changing difference for so many.<\/p>\n\n\n\n How You Can Help<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The charity\u2019s work relies on the support of individuals and organisations who care about the future of social care.
